Three ways to calculate
- X% of Y — find a percentage of a value, e.g. 20% of 200.
- X is what % of Y — find what percentage one number is of another.
- % change — the percentage increase or decrease between two values.
Example
To find 20% of 200, choose the first mode, enter 20 and 200, and you get 40. Switching to % change from 200 to 240 gives a +20% increase.
